FAQOrdering Wedding InvitationsIt is advisable to order invitations at least three to four months prior to your wedding date. This will allow sufficient time for assembling these masterpieces. A return address on the flap of the outer envelope is essential. This will enable undeliverable invitations to be returned to you.Always have a " B " guest list ready if you need to meet a required amount of guests at your reception.Knowing Who Had Responded Your Invitation?Because response cards are often returned unsigned or illegible, it is suggested that you write the name of the guest(s) or number-code your guest list and the back of each response card with small print in the lower right corner for ease of tracking whose response card has been returned. You should request that response cards be returned by a date that is at least two to three weeks prior to the wedding.Mailing The InvitationsMail out at least 6 weeks prior to the event date. 8 weeks for destination weddings if you have not mailed out save the date cards.How many invitations should I order?Typically it is one per couple or one per household with children (adults living at home should receive their own invitation). We strongly recommend you order extra invitations initially as it is costly to reorder after you have received your order.Do you have a catalog?Because our designs are custom and constantly changing we cannot keep a print catalog current.What is a reception card?Typically a reception card will state the location and time that the reception will be held.What is a response card?A response card will give your guest the opportunity to reply whether or he/she will be attending your reception. Also called an RSVP.Can I change the font on the invitation?Of course! We can change the font, the color, the ribbon, the paper, the size, the paper type and the shape. Almost anything can be customized to create your perfect invitation.Do you offer programs, menus and place cards to coordinate with my invitations?Yes, we can design any piece you might need for your wedding.How do I submit photos for invitations, thank you cards or birth announcements?You can email your digital photos to info@icreationcard.com.When will I receive a proof?Within the first week of your order, we will fax or email you a proof. Once you have signed the proof as shown or have made any necessary adjustments, the printing process begins.
